US postal shipments subject to Section 201, 232 or 301 duties, other Chapter 98/99 duties, a Partner Government Agency's rules, or claiming duty-free treatment under Chapter 98 or a Free Trade Agreement (such as USMCA) must use formal entry or CBP's Entry Type 13 electronic filing. Until then, the current postal process continues.
