  1. Who we are. Seller Customs (sellercustoms.com) is a product of Opengro (https://opengro.com). Contact: info@opengro.com.
  2. Information only. The site, alerts and Checklist kit summarise official and marketplace sources with a last-checked date. They are information only, not customs, tax or legal advice. Rules change; read the linked primary source before you act. We don't classify goods or confirm HS codes; use the official tariff lookup.
  3. Checklist kit purchases. The kit is a one-time digital download for $15 USD (plus any sales tax or VAT shown at checkout). Orders are processed by Polar (Polar Software, Inc.), our online reseller and merchant of record, under the Polar buyer terms. Polar handles payment, tax, receipts and billing support; we handle questions about the kit itself.
  4. Licence. You may use the kit's templates and checklists for your own business, and edit them for that use. You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute the files.
  5. Refunds. See the refund policy.
  6. Email alerts. Alerts are free and sent only after you confirm by email. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in each email.
  7. Sponsored placements. One slot is sold to companies for $99/month, billed by PayPal and labelled Sponsored. Sponsors do not change rule content.
  8. Liability. We work to keep entries accurate and dated, but we don't guarantee they are complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from relying on the site or the kit. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
  9. Changes. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
  10. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
