Refund policy

The Seller Customs Checklist Kit is sold by Polar (Polar Software, Inc.) as merchant of record, so refunds are paid back through Polar to your original payment method.

• If the files don't download, are damaged, or aren't what the kit page describes, email info@opengro.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email and we will fix it or refund you in full.
• For any other reason, ask within 14 days of purchase and we will review the request fairly.
• Polar may also refund an order directly under its buyer terms.
• Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

Sponsor slot (PayPal): cancel any time from your PayPal account; billing stops at the end of the current month. Email info@opengro.com about refunds for a sponsor month.
